Last month we visited Arizona for a few reasons, the first being that Heather (Justin's younger sister) was in town on her way moving from Tennessee to Utah, the second being that Justin's Grandparents were also in town from Idaho, the third reason being that Heather wanted some four generations shots taken, and the last reason being that we just wanted to get out of town for few days and escape enjoy the heat!
Since I was able take some portraits of my Grandparents back in May I wanted to make sure to also get some portraits of Justin's Grandparents as well. Isn't Justin's Grandmother beautiful?!
Justin's Grandpa is full of life...he is the life of the party and always has a huge grin on his face!
Here's my favorite shot of this bunch! I want to be JUST LIKE them when Justin and I grow old together! Just from this shot alone I can tell how much Lou adores Verna!
We thought we would get sort of a four generation shot with our boys too.
The next day we rented out a little villa by the pool at the Arizona Biltmore, what a great way to spend a day in HOT AZ!
I am in love with my baby!

A few weeks ago I met up with the lovely Prestwich family at Laguna Beach. Most of them had traveled all the way from Utah, so it was a treat to spend some time in the Southern California sand with them. Here are a few of my favorite shots from their session.

Anne and Mark are definitely rock-stars to the max! They looked so amazing for their engagement session and were even cooler to photograph! We shot their engagement photos in Downtown Los Angeles. We started out at the Walt Disney Concert Hall and I'm not going to lie, I was a little hesitant to go there at the risk of taking images that look like all of the other photographs I've see from there, but much to our delight the location was awesome and I think we took a totally different view on it.
My favorite shot of the day!
After shooting at the Walt Disney Concert Hall we went down into the streets!
Thanks to my amazing husband, and his awesome producing-people skills,we were able take this image!
We're looking forward to the wedding in August!

A few weeks ago I had a fun time with my cousin Jason and his lovely wife Emily. We decided to book a pregnancy session since the baby would be coming soon, and it was a dang good thing we took the session when we did because baby Charlie was born six days later!!! You may recognize Jason and Emily from the little experimental flash session Justin shot of them right before they found out they were pregnant. Also, if you visit our old blog, they are the couple in the big field holding hands that shows up as one of the photos in the header at the top.
My absolute favorite shot of the day!
The runner up for favorite shot of the day, I think Emily looks like the most beautiful pregnant woman I have ever seen!
